Dotty (above) is available as a started dog to the right hunting home. She is now three years old. Dotty is our personal pheasant and waterfowl dog, extremely capable of cripples and good natural instinct. Some of her training has been through Tim Springer of Dynamic Retrievers. She hunts pheasant close and works the ground back and forth beautifully. Dotty comes from a mix of field, conformation, and a little bit of pointing lines further back on her dam's side. Her sire, Dealer, is a finished Master Hunter, Qualified All-Age, and Super Retriever Series winner with many Field Champions and National Field Champions loaded on her sire's side. Dotty's lineage is prevalent with CNAFC CNFC FC AFC The Marathon Man within the sixth generation of her pedigree as well. "Marty" (Oct. 1982 - May 1993) was the current all-time high point yellow labrador. Marty qualified for eight National Amateurs and competed in seven (he died prior to the 1993 trial) and was a Finalist in four. He qualified and competed in six National Open Champtionships. Marty was the high-point amateur dog in the US three times, and three-time Double Header winner. Marty accumulated 329.5 All-Age points, averaging 41 points yearly.
